, you will own feature-level design within the Growth & Memberships pods and help improve key moments across the member journey using data, research, and iterative craft.
In this position, you will drive fast, intuitive journeys across onboarding, activation, subscription management, and retention
. Your work will start from early concepts and wireframes and move through polished designs, prototypes, launch, and continuous iteration based on how members respond.
- Own key moments in the member journey by creating experiences that reduce friction, build trust, and keep members engaged.
- Design end-to-end experiences
, taking problems from early concepts and wireframes through polished designs, prototypes, launch, and iteration. - Use data to guide decisions by analyzing activation, retention, and other signals to uncover friction, prioritize opportunities, and assess impact.
- Shape the product by partnering with Product and Engineering to define requirements, explore solutions, and identify opportunities beyond the immediate roadmap.
- Ground work in research by collaborating with a UX Researcher to understand member needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Raise the bar on craft through close collaboration with a Senior Product Designer on Growth & Memberships to create simple, thoughtful experiences.
- Ship, learn, and iterate
, moving quickly and improving the experience continuously based on member response.
- 3+ years of Product Design experience
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and problem-solving ability
- Experience designing consumer-facing apps
, ideally used daily and trusted with something important - Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently
- Experience creating highly accessible products
- Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes
- A genuine curiosity about why people do what they do, especially around money and the small moments that make someone stick around or bounce

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000
. This range does not include other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible. The actual base salary offered depends on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, education, certifications or licenses, and location.
