The Department of Ophthalmology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and the Edward S. Harkness Eye Instituteಸರ seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Ophthalmologist to join our Neuro‑Ophthalmology Division. This full‑time faculty position offers the opportunity to contribute to a world‑class academic and clinical environment.
Responsibilities include participation in the Department's faculty practice, teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows, and engagement in educational and research activities. A demonstrated history of effective collaboration with trainees is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will receive a full‑time faculty appointment at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, with clinical privileges at New York‑Presbyterian Hospital. We are seeking individuals with a strong commitment to clinical, teaching, and research excellence.
Academic rank and salary commensurate with experience.
- M.D. or equivalent
- Eligibility for medical licensure in New York State
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Completion of fellowship training in neuro‑ophthalmology
