Salary: $165,950
Responsibilities- Laparoscopic and robotic surgical experience
- Examining, diagnosing, and treating patient conditions and disorders of the genitourinary organs and tracts
- Documenting and reviewing patients' histories
- Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Using specialized equipment, such as X-rays, fluoroscopes, and catheters
- Performing abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal surgeries when necessary
- Treating lower urinary tract dysfunctions
- Prescribing and administering antibiotics, antiseptics, or compresses to treat infections or injuries
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Board certified/eligible Urologist who must have completed an ACGME urology residency
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the State of New York
- New York Medical License/Active NYS DEA
Wages and Benefits Include:
- Annual Base Salary: $165,950 based on 20-hour work week
- The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $238,429, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors
- Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520
- 401(k) Company Contribution:
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings; after one year of service, an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings - Medical Malpractice Coverage:
Provided at no cost to the employee - Eligibility for the High Needs Specialty Loan Repayment Program (HNSLRP) for physicians meeting eligibility criteria
