• Ownership from Day One:
  Physicians have the opportunity to purchase shares in the endoscopy center immediately upon joining.
• Current share value is favorable due to upcoming retirements, providing a strong investment opportunity with historical annual distributions of ~$80,000–$150,000 per 1% ownership.
• Growing, collaborative team: ~20 physician partners, including private practitioners and academic leaders from NYU and Hofstra. Several senior physicians are retiring soon, creating patient demand and room for younger physicians.
• High-volume outpatient focus: 99% of work is outpatient in a modern endoscopy center equipped for EUS, EMR, and advanced procedures. Hospital obligations are minimal (typically 1–2 weeks/year).
• Robust infrastructure:
  In-house pathology lab, anesthesia team, and extensive referral network drive efficiency and additional revenue streams.
• Marketing & growth support:
