Salary range: $131,250 - $136,500

• Formulation of an anesthetic plan in conjunction with the Attending Anesthesiologist, based on individual patient needs.
• Provision of anesthesia services to all age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Induction of general anesthesia using accepted methods, based on the anesthetic plan, and in accordance with the prescription of an Attending Anesthesiologist.

• Current NYS RN License and Registration, BSN, and MSN.
• Board Certification by the NBCRNA required within the first year of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification.

• Annual Base Salary: $131,250 - $136,500 (based on years of licensure) for a 21-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
• The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $243,175 - $248,950 (based on years of licensure), including baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors.
• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours per week: $98,800.
• 401(k) Company Contribution: immediate 3% of base earnings; after one year of service, an additional 7% company contribution. No employee match required.
