• Responsible for clinical oversight of the outpatient division.
• Develop and expand outpatient rehabilitation service and resident education and training, including EMG/NCS,joint injection, ultrasound, and chemo denervation procedures.
• Assist in growing the outpatient Interventional Pain Program by collaborating closely with orthopedic surgery and anesthesiology.
• Responsible to cover approximately 1 weekend call per month and 2-3holidays per year.
• EMG/NCS experience preferred, or ability to become proficient.

• Valid license to practice in New York State
• Board Certification issued by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Five years of full‑time licensed experience as a physician

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $251,000*, based on 40-hour work week.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $316,100**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution and other factors as set forth below:

• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
