• Daytime schedule.
• Elicits and performs a detailed and accurate history and performs an appropriate physical examination.
• Monitors the level of and adjusts immunosuppressive medications.
• Observes and records pertinent progress of patients, updating and summarizing charts, writing orders and progress notes, and notifying Attending Physicians of changes in patient’s condition when appropriate.
• Performs BLS and ACLS procedures in the presence of life‑threatening situations such as cardiac and/or respiratory distress when an Attending Physician is unavailable and with the Physician when appropriate.

• Physician Assistant certification/license issued by the NCCPA.
• Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant.
• Must be ACLS/BLS certified.

• Annual Base Salary: $131,127 – $174,836 (based on 40‑hour work week).
• 401(k) Company Contribution – 3% of base salary immediately vested, additional 7% after one year of service.
