• Supported by 1 outpatient Nurse Practitioner
• Full-scope OB/GYN with active surgical volume
• Physicians focus on surgical and procedural care
• Opportunity to rebuild and grow a vital Women’s Health program

• Target 220+ deliveries in 2026
• Dedicated surgical block time
  : 2 days per week
• Additional OR access for urgent and emergent cases

• Base salary up to $628,000 (full-time)
• $50,000 sign-on and/or relocation bonus
• RVU productivity bonus paid quarterly
• 100% of wRVUs over MGMA 75th percentile
• Call pay:
• 10 days/month included
• $1,500 per call day beyond 10 days
