You will play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based, high-quality specialty care as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in our vibrant urban outpatient/ambulatory setting. We are seeking a skilled, motivated Oral Surgeon who shares our commitment to improving the lives of the people we serve.
Your expertise will ensure care is accessible, compassionate and comprehensive. Fluency in conversational Chinese is a plus, though we provide live translation services for all patients.

Responsibilities- Flexible schedule (Monday, Friday, or Saturday for approximately 9 hours total)
- Perform basic oral surgery procedures to include simple and surgical extractions, incision and drainage of abscesses and biopsies
- Responsible for oral surgeon care for adult and pediatric patients referred from the CBWCHC primary care sites
- Work closely with multidisciplinary providers to ensure that patients receive the best in oral surgeon care
- Provide quality care to patients
- Participate in all activities for the multidisciplinary team-based approach for the care of adult and pediatric patients
- Perform other duties as assigned
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program
- Board certified or Board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Active NYS Dental license and DEA registration
- Active NYS Medicaid number
- Proficiency with Dental/Medical Software (Dexis and EPIC)
- Strong communication skills - Chinese speaking a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of dental anatomy, infection control and a patient centered and ethical approach to care
- Salary: $150 - $165 per hour
