Overview

Salary Range: $450k+ (varies depending on years of experience)

A growing, well-supported healthcare organization on Long Island is actively seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologists to join established practices in the Suffolk County, NY area.

You will provide comprehensive urologic care in a community-based setting, with access to modern facilities and strong administrative support. The role includes both outpatient and procedural responsibilities, with the opportunity to develop subspecialty interests.

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of urologic conditions in adult patients
• Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate
• Develop individualized treatment plans for conditions including BPH, kidney stones, prostate disorders, incontinence, and urologic cancers
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty colleagues to ensure coordinated care

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered bedside manner
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
