AMN Healthcare is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians and Family Medicine physicians fellowship-trained in Emergency Medicine to join a thriving department that values collaboration, predictable schedules, and evidence-based care.

You will practice in the Greater Binghamton area within a setting that offers strong APP coverage and opportunities to engage with residents and students. The team culture emphasizes physician input, transparent communication, and active operational support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent patient care while continuously improving clinical processes.

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedules built for balance:
Full-time equals 13 shifts per 4-week block, with a mix of 10- and 12-hour shifts rotating days, nights, and weekends

• Department scale and support: 18 physicians and 8 PAs in the Emergency Department with overlapping APP coverage

• Patient volumes:
Approximately 75,000 annual ED visits across both sites, 66 total ED beds, and 180–210 daily visits systemwide

• Competitive compensation:
Base salary $447,100–$512,300, commensurate with experience
