Our client, a reputable healthcare organization specializing in pediatric acute care, is hiring a Medical Director, Pediatric Acute Care to lead their dedicated clinical team. This vital role demands a dynamic physician with strong leadership capabilities and an active clinical background in pediatric intensive care.

As Medical Director, Pediatric Acute Care, you will oversee the clinical operations across four pediatric units, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective team management. You will serve as a key clinical resource, mentor and educator to Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and participate directly in complex patient discussions, especially with the most critically ill children. This role involves balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on clinical involvement, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment for staff and families.

The schedule is Monday through Friday with no on-call requirements, and administrative duties typically encompass four days per week.
