Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – Women’s Health

Overview

Premium Health is seeking an Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN) physician for our Women’s Health practice. The OBGYN unit provides a complete obstetrics and gynecology offering, including pre-natal and gynecologic care, gynecologic ultrasounds, and in-office hysteroscopy. The practice is split into two divisions, OBGYN/MFM and REI, with on-site access to MFM and REI for prenatal diagnosis and consultations.

Location:

4510 16th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11204 (address noted). Deliveries and surgeries occur at affiliated teaching hospital facilities.

• 1 day per week at Staten Island University Hospital to attend deliveries, perform surgeries, and cover after-hours/overnight emergencies (at-home call).
• 1 day off after a 24-hour on-call shift on a weekday.
• 2.5–3 days in-office to see patients.
• Weekend call to be shared equally among all providers, with coverage at Staten Island University Hospital for deliveries and after-hours/overnight calls (at-home call).

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic care for both low- and high-risk patients.
• Deliveries and surgical procedures as part of a team of 4 OBGYNs, 2 MAs, 2 Sonographers, and 1 RN under the supervision of an MFM Specialist.
• Collaborate with Premium Health’s REI physicians to coordinate patient care.

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
