Seeking a per diem Regional Radiation Oncologist for a temporary role at two NYC hospital centers, lasting approximately 4 to 8 months.
Responsibilities- in- and out-patient consultations
- CT simulation
- treatment planning
- chart rounds
- ongoing treatments
- tumor boards
- follow-up clinics
The position offers weekly and vacation coverage, potential on-call duties, and a rate of $150/hour.
Qualifications- MD, A certification or eligibility
- valid NY State license
- DEA number
- Medicaid numbers
Strong clinical skills, teaching interest, and excellent communication are preferred. The role supports resident education and is accessible via public transit and car.
