As skilled clinicians and respected collaborators, our PAs merge best practices with state‑of‑the‑art treatments and serve as strong partners to neurointensivists, neurosurgeons, and neurologists. Come be part of an expanding Neurology team where you will manage patients in our 18‑bed Neuro ICU, Neurology floor, and step‑down units. In the Neuro ICU you will work with residents, fellows, and attending physicians to care for patients with the most severe neurological illnesses such as SAH, ICH, stroke, meningitis, and status epilepticus.

On the floor, cover patients with strokes, seizures, and other neurological diseases. Enhance your skills in neurological exam and management.

This position will work three 12.5‑hour day/night shifts per week, with rotating weekend and holiday coverage required.

• At least one year of inpatient medicine experience
• New graduates who have completed an internal medicine, ICU, and neurology rotation are encouraged to apply

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies
• NYS licensure
• NCCPA certification

Please note that all roles require on‑site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
