The Navy Reserve is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons who want to serve part-time while maintaining their full-time practice. This is an opportunity to apply your skills in unique clinical environments, support service members, and be part of something bigger than yourself.

- DDS/DMD with completed OMS residency
- Board certified or board eligible
- U.S. citizen, licensed, and practicing
- Motivated to lead and serve
Bonus: $45,000/year for 3 years, with 4 years of minimal annual time requirements (shown below)
- 1 weekend a month (flexible)
- 2 weeks of Annual Training (flexible)
- 1 time 5-Week Course in Rhode Island for Officer Leadership, to acclimate to the military, unless you previously held a commission.
Prior Service are welcome! Stay where you are while serving your country, with minimal time requirement. Pay varies on rank awarded when application is accepted at deciding board.
