Gastroenterologist (MD/DO) - Queens, NY | $500,000 Base + Bonus + ASC Buy-In Queens, NY;
Compensation: $500,000 base salary + bonus

A fast-growing, well-established Gastroenterology practice in Queens, New York City is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to join an expanding team.

This is a permanent, on-site position with immediate patient volume, strong referral flow, and a long-term path to Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) ownership.

• Supportive clinical team including physicians and advanced practice providers

• ASC buy-in available after 2 years
• Gradual buy-in over 5 years
• Up to 10% ownership potential
• Potential buy-in to a pathology lab (in development)

• Vacation:
• 3 weeks Year 1
• 4 weeks Year 2+

• Evaluate and treat GI and liver disease patients
• Perform endoscopic procedures
• Capsule endoscopy experience preferred
• Collaborate with clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care

• MD/DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology (preferred)
• Active (or eligible) New York State medical license
• Strong endoscopy skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork
