. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages.
• Perform routine physical examinations, annual wellness visits, and preventive screenings.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and cardiovascular disease.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on preventive health, lifestyle modification, and disease management.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Licensure: Active or eligible medical license in New York.
• Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
