Compensation: $320K $500K per year

She Recruits is seeking a dedicated Gynecologist to join a growing private healthcare group in the New York area.

This role offers the opportunity to practice within a supportive, team-based environment that values patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

• Manage an average of 25 patients per day with strong support from advanced practice providers.

• Work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and mid-level clinicians.

• Minimal call requirements, limited to occasional phone coverage, with no need to report on-site.

• Full-time schedule with work-life balance built in.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecological conditions, including infections, menstrual irregularities, hormone imbalances, and benign growths.

• Perform physical exams such as Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams.

• Provide counseling on contraception, fertility, menopause, and reproductive health.

• Prescribe appropriate treatments and collaborate with the broader care team to ensure comprehensive, patient-focused outcomes.
