A well-established, growing medical practice in New York is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess overall health and diagnose medical conditions

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient

• Oversee chronic disease management and coordinate care with specialists when needed

• Document patient encounters and care plans accurately in an EHR system (e.g., Epic)

• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health strategies

• Collaborate with nurses and a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care

• Stay current with advances in internal medicine and engage in ongoing professional education
