Annual Base Salary: $170,000 ? $180,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ? 6:30 PM; shorter Fridays; optional Sundays

We are hiring a full-time Physician Assistant with family medicine experience to join our team. This role is based in an outpatient clinic where the PA will provide comprehensive care to a wide range of patients, from young adults to seniors. You will work closely with physicians and other providers while maintaining autonomy in patient management.

• Conduct physical exams and comprehensive health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on wellness and chronic disease management
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM ? 6:30 PM
• Friday:
  Ends early afternoon (shortened schedule)
• Sunday:
  Optional; flexible participation welcome
• On-Call:
  Minimal or none

• Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State
• Minimum of 2 years experience in family medicine or primary care
• Comfortable managing a full outpatient caseload independently
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation standards

• Salary Range: $170,000 ? $180,000 per year
