- $225,000 to $280,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience

COMPANY PROFILEThis organization is the largest physician-led outpatient medical practice in the greater New York City metro area with more than 35 offices serving 500,000 patients per year. In addition to robust primary care offerings, they also operate specialty service lines in gastroenterology, pediatrics, cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, podiatry, behavioral health, and more. Their staff of more than 400 physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants are supported by dedicated team members, with resources such as on-site laboratory and radiology services.
POSITIONDESCRIPTION
This position will provide a full scope of primary care services including, but not limited to, the diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance for patients.
- review patient histories
- perform physical examinations
- evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care
- refer patients to specialists as needed
- review test results and recommend suitable management for patients
- prescribe medications
- formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans
- communicate with the clinical team to ensure total delivery of quality care
- participate in medical staff educational programs and meetings
The physician will see an average of 25 to 27 patients per day. All visits are prepped and supported by dedicated clinical assistants.
The practice utilizes the Epic EHR.
This position has no weekends, no evenings, and no on-call.
REQUIREMENTS- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certification or Eligibility, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 1+ year practice experience strongly preferred
