Adults Responsibilities:
The Family / Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for:
Perform history and physical assessments, as indicated Provide services in accordance with generally acceptable standards of medical practice Developa plan of treatment/care for the patient that also includes education and follow-up visits Make referrals, as indicated by the needs of the patient Communicate with other healthcare providers related to diagnosis, treatment and plan for the patient either verbally and/or through documentation in the medical record Maintain current and complete documentation in the medical record that reflects the care and services provided to the patient Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Vermont Board Certified / Eligible in Family and/or Internal Medicine Experience working with the Adult population Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Your privacy is important to us.
