Position Highlights Specialty:
Hematology/Oncology Physician We welcome both experienced physicians and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (Board Eligibility required within 5 years of residency completion)
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based patient care
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Interest in building long-term patient relationships within the community

• Primarily outpatient oncology and hematology practice with inpatient consult responsibilities as needed
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of hematologic and oncologic conditions
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to cancer care
• Opportunity to develop and grow oncology services within the region
• Supportive nursing, infusion, and ancillary care teams

Compensation & Benefits We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your career and well-being:

• Competitive base salary: $600,000 - $750,000*

* The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices.

This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
