Physician Assistant - Otolaryngology

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - Otolaryngology to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. Kings County Hospital operates a world-renowned Level I Trauma Center, one of only three in Brooklyn, which serves 2.6 million residents of Brooklyn and Staten Island. Opportunity Details:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations in the ENT clinic, including detailed medical histories and focused physical examinations.

Develop clinical assessments, initiate appropriate diagnostic workups, and coordinate referrals to ENT subspecialties such as Facial Plastics, Head & Neck Oncology, Neuro-Otology, and related services.

Participate in outpatient ENT subspecialty clinics evaluating patients, formulating treatment plans, and ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests as appropriate.

Review and manage outpatient referrals, respond to patient calls and electronic messages, process prescription refills, and follow up on diagnostic test results during dedicated administrative time.

Participate in daily inpatient rounds with the ENT house-staff team, documenting patient progress, updating medical records, writing orders and progress notes, and communicating significant changes in patient condition to the supervising physician.

Collaborate closely with attending physicians, residents, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to provide high-quality, patient-centered otolaryngology care.

Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant Current certification issued by the NCCPADEA Certification Wages and Benefits:

Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836
* based on 40-hour work week and years of State Licensure.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239** - $192,319**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
