Leo Force in the Bronx is building an emerging community health clinic focused on integrated, whole-person care. We are seeking a Senior Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a mission-driven setting.
You will collaborate with behavioral health, substance use, and case management teams, contribute to quality initiatives, and help refine care delivery models as the clinic expands. A NY-licensed MD/DO with board certification or eligibility is required.
