This critical role focuses on building relationships with physicians and matching them with job opportunities they love, as you help healthcare facilities fill vital patient care gaps. • Actively managing an ever-expanding portfolio of physician candidates
• Contacting active physicians and developing long-lasting relationships with physicians
• Interviewing physicians to meet client-specific qualifications and quality standards of Interim Physicians
• Obtaining CVs of qualified physicians for presentation and consulting with Account Executives and business development representatives to determine the proper fit
• Negotiating rates and expenses as required for physicians
• Writing physician agreements and exhibits as necessary
• Advocating for and consulting with physicians to ensure employee satisfaction and longevity with Interim’s client
• Promptly escalating all physician candidate issues to the Account Executive, always working together for a satisfactory resolution to all parties

Successful physician recruiters should possess a solid work ethic and excellent customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills. Candidates should desire to learn and grow, take ownership of their work, and be driven and ambitious. Clear verbal and written communication skills are a must. Sales or recruiting experience preferred. Interim is a sales environment.
