Overview
Bassett Healthcare Network, in Central New York is seeking full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologists.
- Salary Range: $600,000
- Sign-on Bonus: up to $200,000

Cooperstown, NY and Network - Residency/Fellowship Stipend:
Up to $60,000

Work with a team of 13 physicians and 25 CRNAs in a supportive medical direction model with opportunities for solo cases. - Diverse & High-Quality Care
:
Provide full-spectrum anesthesia services to a diverse patient population with a strong focus on safety and quality (staffing ratios 1:2 /1:3). - Life-Work Balance
:
Manage a reasonable call schedule (3–4 per month) with post-call day off and nocturnist support to limit overnight shifts. - Teaching & Growth
:
Opportunities to teach SRNAs, medical students, and residents, with access to mentoring and leadership development. - Flexible Locations
:
Practice across Cooperstown, Oneonta, Cobleskill, and Little Falls, with flexibility for anesthesiologists living in Albany, Binghamton, Utica, or Syracuse. - Visa Sponsorship
: J-1 and H-1B available.
- BC/BE in Anesthesiology
- Completion of an accredited USA Anesthesiology residency, successful completion of which results in board eligibility
- New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required
- Strong teamwork, patient-centered approach, and ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary academic setting.
- Base Salary: $600,000. This compensation represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation rate at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
- Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $200,000 - Residency Stipend:
Up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation
- Paid Time Off: 10 weeks per year, with up to 2 weeks convertible to CME and a $4,000 CME allowance
