Program Overview
Lenox Hill Hospital offers a one-year, non‑ACGME Advanced Interventional Cardiology Fellowship in Structural Heart Disease for candidates who will complete an Interventional Cardiology training program by June 2026.
This high‑volume, multidisciplinary program provides comprehensive, hands‑on training in transcatheter therapies, including but not limited to the following:
- TAVR
- M‑TEER/T‑TEER
- TMVR
- TTVR
- Para valvular leak closure
- PFO/ASD closure
- Left atrial appendage occlusion
- Pulmonary thrombectomy
Training also includes advanced echocardiography and CT imaging for the management of complex structural heart patients. The program is integrated with Cardiothoracic Surgery, offering exposure to minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery. Fellows will have robust opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and scholarly activity with dedicated protected time and mentorship.
Eligibility & RequirementsThe fellowship is available to applicants who are BC/BE in adult cardiology and interventional cardiology.

Full‑time clinical training compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $70 K to $100 K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
