Physician Assistant – Gastrointestinal, NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi and North Central Bronx.

• Provide direct patient care in a unit that performs over 4,000 procedures annually.
• Perform and document complete histories and physical examinations, ordering of tests, and reviewing results.
• Make referrals as necessary.
• Document findings in the electronic medical record.
• Consult with supervising medical provider when appropriate.
• Counsel patients and families regarding care.

• Current New York State registration as a Physician Assistant
• Current certification issued by the NCCPA
• NRP and PALS certification

• Annual Base Salary: $131,127* – $174,836
  * based on 40‑hour work week and years of state licensure.
• Estimated annual total value of compensation package: $144,239** – $192,319**, including baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS limits)
• Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
