Center Medical Director/Physician (M.D./DO):

Primary Care/Family Medicine

Monday - Friday (Days)

The Center Medical Director offers a nice balanced mix of direct patient care and administrative oversight in a 60/40 split

• Must be an M.D. and/or DO from an accredited school
• Prefer 2+ years clinical experience in Family Medicine and/or Primary Care experience
• Experience treating the full lifespan
• Experience in a Community Health or FQHC setting preferred
• Active NY License
• DEA License
• * Bilingual a plus
