Description- Physician Only
- Must be BC in Family Medicine
- 6 month assignment
- M-F
- 8a-5:30p (no weekends or nights)
- 3 Days a week possible
- Truly seeing ALL ages (cradle to grave)
- Basic primary care
- Must be comfortable in CHC space and dealing with underserved population
- Full support staff
- EMR: EPIC
- Average credentialing timeline 30-60 days
- Must have NY License, DEA, BLS, and Medicare/Medicaid
