This facility operates with fewer than 200 licensed beds and does not hold a trauma center designation, providing inpatient and OR-based obstetric and gynecologic services. The facility maintains established clinical protocols to support continuous patient care delivery across a range of obstetric and gynecologic cases. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with structured workflows for 24-hour call coverage.

Clinicians on assignment may take advantage of outdoor recreation, cultural destinations, and community events available throughout the state. The region provides opportunities to explore both urban and natural settings across different seasons.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour call shifts across inpatient and OR settings at an on-site facility in New York, with no outpatient responsibilities required. Clinical responsibilities encompass the full scope of obstetric and gynecologic cases, supporting a volume of approximately 600 deliveries per year and 2-3 patients per shift; high-risk cases are transferred out. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for all assigned obstetric and gynecologic cases during each designated shift.

Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is negotiable, and truly board-eligible candidates will be considered; an active New York medical license is required, with a credentialing timeframe of approximately 45-60 days.
