Opportunity Details:

• Provide direct inpatient obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, and postpartum care.
• Evaluate and manage obstetric triage patients, admissions, and emergencies.
• Perform vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other obstetric procedures as needed.
• Manage obstetric emergencies, including postpartum hemorrhage, shoulder dystocia, eclampsia, and maternal-fetal resuscitation.
• Perform inpatient and ED gynecologic consultations, emergency gynecologic surgery, and inpatient gynecology management.
• Collaborate with MFM, anesthesia, neonatology, nursing, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, safety debriefings, and education/mentorship of residents, students, and nursing staff.
• Flexible scheduling options available, including a variety of shift opportunities.

• Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active or eligible for a New York State Medical License

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $296,000* (board eligible); $301,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.

Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435,800** (board eligible) and $441,300** (board certified),which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

Estimated annual compensation for 10additionalsessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***.

Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

• Employees areimmediatelyvestedin a 3% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match is required.

After one year ofservice, employees receive an additional 7% company contributionofbase earnings. No employee match is required.
