Winixx Inc. is a technology holding company building an integrated portfolio of technology platforms, infrastructure, and consumer products. Winixx Health is being developed as a healthcare infrastructure platform designed to make preventive healthcare broadly accessible, make early detection a default part of healthcare, and coordinate the transition from detection to clinical review, referral, intervention, emergency response, and follow-up. The long-term vision is to build Winixx Health as an operating layer for healthcare — connecting people, clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, emergency services, hospitals, devices, and other healthcare institutions into a coordinated system while preserving appropriate clinical authority, privacy, consent, and regulatory safeguards.

The Chief Medical Officer establishes the clinical foundation of Winixx Health and ensures that technology, preventive programs, diagnostics, monitoring, referrals, and emergency workflows operate within sound clinical standards. This leader protects clinical integrity while helping translate the Winixx Health vision into safe, practical healthcare systems.

• Establish clinical governance and medical standards for Winixx Health
• Define and oversee preventive screening and clinical escalation protocols
• Establish standards for clinical review of signals generated by devices and health systems
• Ensure that technology identifies and surfaces clinically relevant information without replacing licensed clinical judgment
• Establish referral and follow-up standards
• Oversee clinical safety and medical quality
• Guide physician, nursing, allied-health, and clinical workforce strategy
• Establish relationships with medical institutions and professional organizations
• Advise executive leadership on clinical strategy, risk, and medical innovation
• Participate in the design and validation of clinical workflows, health centers, diagnostics, and emergency coordination
• Help establish evidence-based standards for the Winixx Health platform

• Required:
  
  MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Current or eligible U.S. medical licensure
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and understanding of patient-centered care
• Ability to design or evaluate clinical systems and protocols
• Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and clinical risk
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, executives, policymakers, researchers, and clinicians
• Leadership ability demonstrated through clinical practice, research, education, entrepreneurship, administration, or other substantial work
• Board certification or equivalent specialty qualification is strongly valued
• Prior CMO experience is not required
