• Minimally invasive procedures to treat all urologic diseases including those affecting the bladder, kidneys, male genitalia, and prostate
• Weekly conferences
• Residencies and an extensive network of physician extenders
• Faculty of the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell

Responsibilities

• Working with the chair on all matters related to clinical operations
• Ensure high quality patient care through development and standardization of care processes and protocols
• Continue to develop a culture of scholarship in quality improvement, health equity and outcomes
• Ensure the productivity of physician faculty and support staff
• Maintain and improve upon the excellence within the department

Compensation

• Salary:

Requirements

• MD Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
• Completion of residency and fellowship with Board Certification or eligibility
• Current for NYS License
• Outstanding communication and management skills, and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff, hospital management, and staff
• Previous division, department, or program leadership
