Capital Cardiology Associates, PLLC, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible cardiologist to join our growing outpatient practice in Greene County, New York, beginning in summer 2027. • $500,000 annual salary

• Choice of a four- or five-day workweek

• Full-time, 40-hour schedule

• 100% office-based cardiology

• No hospital rounding

• No inpatient responsibilities

This position is eligible for sponsorship through the Northern Border Regional Commission J1 Visa Waiver Program. It is not dependent upon the Conrad 30 program or the availability of a Conrad 30 slot. Capital Cardiology Associates has experienced immigration attorneys and dedicated administrative support to guide the candidate through the J1 waiver and H1B processes. We will also sponsor the successful candidate for permanent residency.

Candidates must be eligible for a New York State medical license and meet all applicable Northern Border Regional Commission and federal immigration requirements.
