Marion Eye Centers, proudly serving patients for 47 years, is a well-established, physician-led OD/MD group with 32 locations across Southern Illinois and Southeast Missouri. We are seeking full-time, career-oriented Optometrists to join our state-of-the-art practice.

• Integrated medical model enabling doctors to practice at the highest level, providing comprehensive primary eye care, ocular disease management, and pre- and post-operative surgical care
• Ownership of fully digital optical laboratory and accredited surgery centers, ensuring clinical tools, advanced technology, and team support for exceptional patient-centered care
• Competitive base salary plus production bonus
• Total compensation range: $150,000 – $200,000 annually

• Provide comprehensive eye care as part of an integrated medical model
• Manage ocular diseases
• Provide pre- and post-operative surgical care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across 32 locations to deliver high-quality patient care
