OverviewBassett Healthcare Network, a progressive, academic health system in central New York, major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, is seeking a physician assistant to join our Department of Orthopedics
- Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000
- Sign-on Bonus: up to $50,000
- Additional $20,000 by joining a twice per month call group

Job Description & Responsibilities- Join an established group of Orthopedic Surgeons and 13 Advanced Practice Clinicians
- Responsibilities will include clinic, hospital floor and OR coverage
- After training period, primary location to be Cooperstown, NY
- Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region
- New grads welcome- defined ramp up and training
- National certification as a Physician Assistant
- New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required
- DEA required
- Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000
- This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
