Salary: $225,000 - $254,000 per year

Center Medical Director/Physician (M.D./DO):
- * Primary Care/Family Medicine
- * Monday - Friday (Days)
- * The Center Medical Director offers a nice balanced mix of direct patient care and administrative oversight in a 60/40 split
- * Must be an M.D. and/or DO from an accredited school
- * Prefer 2+ years clinical experience in Family Medicine and/or Primary Care experience
- * Experience treating the full lifespan
- * Experience in a Community Health or FQHC setting preferred
- * Active NY License
- * DEA License
- * Bilingual a plus
