The Albany Stratton VA Medical Center is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join our Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Oneonta (Fox Care Center) and Fonda, NY. As an integral member of our Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT), you'll collaborate with dedicated nursing and administrative colleagues to deliver coordinated, high-quality outpatient care to Veterans in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $200,000-$225,000, annual performance bonuses, and regular salary increases. VA's comprehensive total rewards package includes 50-55 days of paid time off per year, a traditional federal pension (with five-year vesting), a federal 401K with up to 5% VA contributions, and robust health, vision, dental, and life insurance benefits-many of which carry into retirement.
The position is EDRP-authorized (eligibility requirements apply), providing up to $200,000 in student loan repayment, plus CME reimbursement, free malpractice liability protection with tail coverage, and no restrictive employment contracts. Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.
