Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a busy outpatient practice in the Cooperstown, NY area. This is a locum tenens position for a provider to work 3 full days per week, with the potential to continue until a permanent hire is made.

Compensation- Maximum daily rate:
Please contact - Travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage provided
- 1 MD to 1 NP onsite
- Support staff includes nursing and administrative personnel
- Volume: patients/day (varies by patient mix)
- Case Mix: 80% Oncology / 20% Hematology
- Hematology Scope:
Includes benign and malignant cases
- Bone marrow procedures are a plus (most handled by IR)
- Active NY medical license required
- Board Certification required
- Immunization record required (flu vaccine or declination)
- Negative TB or QuantiFERON Gold test within 1 year of start
- No temporary privileges; MSO processing timeframe 120 days (urgent need flagged with credentialing team)
