The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions for diverse patient populations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and developing individualized care plans. The physician will offer preventive services such as vaccinations, screenings, and counseling on lifestyle and wellness, while coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.

This part-time, on-site role is based in New York, NY, and involves maintaining accurate medical records, using electronic health systems, and participating in quality improvement and patient education initiatives.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Primary Care and Family Medicine, with strong skills in managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Experience in Urgent Care and general Medicine, including the ability to handle same-day visits and minor emergencies.
• Background as a Primary Care Physician with a focus on patient-centered, evidence-based clinical practice.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and completion of an approved residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted medical license in the State of New York and board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
