- 420 Average deliveries per year and increasing
- 16 hours in clinic
- 1 24 hour call shift and 1 weekend per month
- Ability to pick up more clinic hours and/or call shifts for those with interest
- Guaranteed base salary

- $20,000 annually, paid quarterly in the amount of $5,000 beginning on the first anniversary of employment an continuing for 2 additional years on the employment anniversary
