Opportunity Details- Serve as the direct supervisor, provide clinical guidance, and complete performance evaluations for clinical staff.
- Direct, evaluate, and supervise all aspects of the following Departments:
Adult Primary Care, Geriatrics, Same Day, Weight Management, and IDA G Family Medicine. - Provide direct patient care and precept Residents in Resident practice.
- Collaborate with the Medicine Residency Program Directors to ensure an optimal continuity clinic experience for Medicine Residents.
- Develop and lead Departmental performance improvement activities.
- Coordinate closely with ambulatory nursing and administrative leadership.
- Participate in weekly departmental operations and committee meetings.
