We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the IFI retreat.

IFI provides training in order to equip Campus Ministers in personal fundraising. The Campus Minister will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A Campus Minister can expect a salary of $25,709-$80,000 based on experience and other factors.

We want to bless our team with the needed benefits to stay in the harvest field! IFI provides paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, devotion days and more, health benefits (medical, vision and dental), and a staff care team to support the mental, social, and spiritual health of the Campus Minister.

New York City is the largest city in the United States and educates over 60,000 international students. Half of all of the international students study at Columbia University, an Ivy League school, and NYU. Many of these students will return to their home country to take on a position of leadership, which makes NYC a very strategic place for ministry. New York City Campus Ministers are currently needed in the boroughs of the Bronx and Queens.

• Engage in IFI events and Bible discussion groups, fostering genuine friendships while sharing about Jesus with international students.
• Recruit and mentor American and international volunteers to serve on a campus ministry team.
• Participate in regular mentorship with supervisors, seeking guidance and setting ministry goals.
• Study the cultural worldviews of the international students you serve to better understand their needs.

The Campus Minister must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Campus Minister must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of one-year involvement in campus ministry or completion of IFI ISEED Program
