Growth & GTM Associate (Founding-Level)

I’m partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed seed-stage digital health startup tackling the youth mental health crisis through an online therapy and support platform for kids, teens, and young adults. They have strong early traction/PMF and are hiring a Growth & GTM Associate to help build the next wave of growth from the ground up.

This is a true 0→1 builder role: you’ll work directly with the co-founder to identify, launch, and scale new growth channels—especially across partnerships and referral ecosystems.

• Identify and execute new growth opportunities across partnerships, referral networks, and digital channels
• Own growth goals, analyze channel performance, and continuously optimize what’s working
• Design and run experiments to test and validate new go-to-market strategies
• Build relationships with health systems, schools, community organizations, and digital partners to drive adoption
• Create scalable playbooks, processes, and repeatable growth motions (roll‑up‑your‑sleeves execution)

• 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, partnerships/sales, or fast‑paced startup/growth roles
• Demonstrated ability to execute and build 0→1 in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills; sharp analytical/problem‑solving ability
• Experience at a high‑growth startup (Seed → Series C) is a big plus
