- Partner with classroom teachers to interpret results and translate data into practical next steps (small-group plans, targeted skills practice, re-teach priorities).
- Track intervention plans over time and provide regular progress updates and recommendations to the Director of Literacy.
Direct Student Support (as needed)
- Provide targeted 1:1 and/or small-group literacy intervention to address skill gaps and accelerate growth for identified students.

- Familiarity with CKLA, Fundations®, and/or comparable literacy programs.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to coach and support teachers using research-based literacy practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working in data-heavy environments.
- Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
