Student Safety- Oversee the implementation of safety measures and ensure adherence to safeguarding policies throughout the programme across all locations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any safety or welfare concerns, prioritising the well‑being of all participants.
- Implement student supervision processes accurately and efficiently, including during excursions and transitions between campuses and cities.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe environment for both students and staff members through diligence, organisation, and respect for all.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by embodying its values when interacting with students, staff members, and all third parties, including members of the public.
- Collaborate professionally and responsively with host venue conference teams and off‑site venue representatives.
- Act as a visible and approachable role model for students, representing the spirit of learning, growth, and curiosity that defines the Oxford Royale experience.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the full programme timetable and develop an encyclopaedic knowledge of Oxford Royale activities, enrichment options, and events.
- Implement all activities, events, and excursions with excellence, using Oxford Royale planning methods and maintaining high standards of student experience across campus‑based and city‑based settings.
- Plan and prepare activities with attention to detail and accuracy, adapting risk assessments as needed and communicating plans clearly to the team.
- Strive to deliver the highest quality of service, meeting and exceeding students’ expectations within a premium academic environment.
- Work closely with the Programme Leader to deliver the enrichment programme effectively and ensure all activities meet Oxford Royale standards.
- Plan one sport event, one social event, and one party per week within the given budget and parameters, ensuring all required paperwork, communication, and planning standards are met.
- Collaborate daily with the Programme Leader and Programme Operations Manager to ensure a clear and consistent flow of information across the staff team.
- Regularly brief the Programme Leader on actions taken, emerging issues, and upcoming plans.
- Lead and mentor Programme Facilitators, providing guidance on student management, daily responsibilities, and areas for professional development.
- Provide effective leadership in resolving challenges with a professional, calm, and efficient approach.
- Deliver daily briefings to Programme Facilitators, assign day‑to‑day tasks, and maintain accurate and detailed campus whiteboards.
- Supervise the delivery of the campus programme, ensuring operational briefs are followed and student supervision and support standards are upheld at all times.
- Ensure all members of the campus team remain compliant with state, university, and company regulations throughout the programme.
- Work collaboratively with the Programme Leader and Programme Operations Manager to ensure smooth operational and pastoral delivery across all aspects of the programme.
- Manage day‑to‑day payments and receipts in line with programme procedures.
- Complete risk assessments and event planning documentation accurately and on time.
- Manage daily student registers and attendance records.
- Write clear and timely reports on all programme incidents.
- Conduct appraisals of direct managees as required.
- Ensure all weekly events are fully documented, risk‑assessed, and communicated to the Campus Leadership Team.
- Support compliance by completing required documentation and following operational procedures accurately and consistently.
This role involves travel and on‑site delivery across multiple locations, including one week based at Yale University, a day excursion to Massachusetts, and one week based in New York City. Between 28th June 2026 and 12th July 2026, and an hourly rate of $20ph.
- Candidates should be comfortable navigating — or quickly familiarising themselves with — large university campuses and major city environments.
- Experience studying or working at Ivy League institutions is desirable, reflecting the academic ambition and prestige of the programme.
- Prior Experience Working With Oxford Royale is strongly preferred.
