Teacher, Elementary School

For our client, a leading educational institution in the USA, we are looking for a Teacher.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 per annum + Bonus (depending on experience and qualifications)

Location:
United States(Onsite/Hybrid) - New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts Connecticut, Carolina, Georgia - USA

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with state and district curriculum standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom learning environment.
• Assess, evaluate, and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student discipline.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behaviour.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school events.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and grading documentation.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, safety guidelines, and educational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject area.
• Valid state teaching license or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Entry-level candidates: student teaching or internship experience preferred.
• Experienced teachers: 2+ years of classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented educational environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
